Vasstun Hotel has the philosophy to introduce you to Norwegian lifestyle while staying with us. Norwegian cuisine is an important part of this that you can find in our restaurant (flying bear) where we happily prepare both traditional as well as modern Norwegian food for you like reindeer, fresh salmon and dishes with authentic brown cheese. Freshly brewed apple cider is a specialty of the Hardangerfjord region and all our guests are advised to try it. A Taste of Norway

One of the highlights of our restaurant is ‘A taste of Norway’ menu that consists of a Norwegian menu with starter, main course and dessert. We use traditional and modern Norwegian food recipes in order to compose a new menu every season.
